Question 1

Do we need to put a device in the room?

Accepted Answer

No. The guest scans the QR code in the room with their own phone and starts talking without installing an app.

Question 2

How fast does it respond?

Accepted Answer

Within seconds. The conversation flows as if the guest were talking to a person.

Question 3

Which languages does it speak?

Accepted Answer

Every common language the guest speaks. Simena replies in the guest’s language while your team sees the request in Turkish.

Question 4

What if the assistant gives wrong information?

Accepted Answer

Simena answers only from the menus and rules you enter. It never makes up what it does not know; it passes the request to your team.

Question 5

Does it work with our existing systems?

Accepted Answer

It works on its own. Our APIs are ready; if your systems support it we integrate with your PMS and other systems within a few days.

Question 6

What happens when the season ends?

Accepted Answer

You freeze the in-room assistants and the assistant fee stops. Your account, users, menus and task management system are preserved. When the season starts the assistants are switched back on — you set nothing up again.

Question 7

Is guest data safe?

Accepted Answer

Guest data is stored in your hotel’s account and used only to run the assistant. We share our KVKK and data-retention policy with you.
